The villa, exceptional for a relaxing holiday, is located in the middle of a park full of greenery and age-old plants.
Its construction dates back to the early 1900s, when it was used as accommodation for all the staff of the estate. Various renovations have taken place (the most recent in 2016, 2019 and 2022) which have made it a comfortable and modern home which still retains its typical charm.
Villa Fontana extends over an internal surface of 140m², It is fully air-conditioned and consists of an entrance/living room, large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with double beds.
The immense outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy your summer holiday in complete relaxation. It has a swimming pool for exclusive use (active from May 1st to October 31st) and a barbecue area for exclusive use. A laundry room is also available to guests.
